Roger, Joyce and Ian Langbridge have been serving the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years, and are now transposing those skills to Lakeside Residential Care Home.

Louise Waldron, the Registered Manager, has over 12 years experience in the care industry and can count P.S.P. Healthcare among some of her previous employers. She brings a huge wealth of knowledge to the position and her enthusiasm and standards of care are nothing short of exceptional.

Roger Langbridge - Proprietor

Roger has worked in Management for 20 years, successfully running his own hospitality business for 20 years, Roger has gained a wealth of knowledge in this area completing A business management course in Exeter university, since changing lakeside into a residential care home Roger has completed his Nvq 3, and is continuing to advance his knowledge in care

Joyce Langbridge - Proprietor

Joyce has 14 years managerial experience, successfully assisting Roger to run their own hospitality business, taking charge of the accounts department. Joyce has gained a vast knowledge and experience in this time, and is continuing to develop her knowledge and experience in catering and management.

Ian Langbridge - Proprietor / General Manager

Ian has 14 years experience in management helping Roger and Joyce successfully run a hospitality business, Ian has gained a range of experience and knowledge in management, and since lakeside open he has completed his Nvq 3, he is continuing to advance his knowledge in care.

Louise - Registered Manager

Louise has been working in the care field now for 14 years; She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, including Nvq 3, 4 and R.M.A. Louise has 5 years managerial experience and has worked in many areas of the care field including Support living, Residential home, Community Care and Nursing Home.

Chrissie - Senior Carer / Training Organiser

Chrissie has worked in care for 7 years, and has gained a vast knowledge and experience in this time; she has an Nvq 3 and various other short course certificates. Chrissie has 5 year experience in a senior role, and has worked in many areas of the care field including Residential Home, Support living, Community Care, Autistic spectrum unit.

Hayley - Senior Carer

Hayley has worked in care for 10 years, she has gained various knowledge and experience, and She has an Nvq 2 and 3. Hayley has 1 years experience in a senior role and has worked in many areas of the care field including Residential home, E.M.I, Learning disability, and support living.
